Happy 2025, all. ...I guess.

As we all settle in for what is sure to be a year that, at best, will be anxiety-riddled, there's still good out there to celebrate.

In a quick look back, last month, in a search for some lite, I wrote a wintry little micro that the good folx at Roi Faineànt press were lovely enough to publish. And, while the yuletide may be over, we could all use a little sparkle. And, I hope my "Winter Words" do that for you.

I was also lucky enough to have been approached by the Queer Love Project and asked to participate in their questionnaire wherein folx from the LGBTQ+ community share their distinctive experiences on relationships (all sorts) and the parameters by which they've come to define love. It was an eye-opening experience, even for myself, as it so often is when we're asked to mix history with present-day philosophy and put it into words. I'm sure I come off as a total basket case. But, really, what writer isn't. You can check it out here, if you're so inclined.

Stay lovely, friends.
